Inert gas blanketing (SPAL)
Our SPAL technology helps producers of steel products to melt cleaner metals to produce castings with fewer defects, enhanced mechanical properties and lower rejects.
The technology uses liquid cryogenics (argon or nitrogen), to reduce interactions between molten metal and atmospheric gases such as oxygen, nitrogen, water vapor, and carbon dioxide during air melting operations.

MIG and MAG welding
Metal Active Gas (MAG) welding is highly flexible and adaptive, and is used when you wish to obtain high productivity and high quality results. This process is used for manual and semi-automatic welding or automated/robotized installations on low-alloy carbon steels or high-alloy stainless steels.
Metal Inert Gas (MIG) is used for materials sensitive to oxidation such as aluminum or copper-alloys.
Our solution for flame cutting includes FLAMAL™ brand gases, an oxy-fuel flame and straight oxygen to form a cutting jet.
