High-purity carbon monoxide
Air Liquide manufactures carbon monoxide pure gas with minimum purity up to 99.97%. It is used in a variety of applications, such as catalyst regeneration, chemical synthesis and atmosphere reduction. Carbon monoxide as a pure specialty gas is also available in nonreturnable Mini-Mix™ Transportable cylinders when smaller quantities of gas are needed for laboratory applications.
Carbon monoxide is available as a component in many Scott™ brand gas mixtures, including two-component, three-component and multi-component gas mixtures. Carbon monoxide is used in nitrogen mixtures to form span gas calibration mixtures in engine emissions testing in the automotive industry. Carbon monoxide gas mixtures are also used in environmental, industrial hygiene and safety, and laboratory applications.
